Default Thunderhead Keep updated?

I decided to grab my guildies and to THK again, we often do it as a 4 man team using the torch trick. But once the warrior started his long stand on the hill, we noticed the monsters ran right past him, did THK get updated so the torch trick dosnt work anymore?

The whole gear/book/keg/torch _exploit_ has been removed in an update a few weeks back.

Yep, they took out that exploit because of certian skills used by ritualists have them holding items.

I've heard that you can do it by having your tank go weaponless. I haven't tried it myself tho.

Sorry, im sure this is all old news to you all but i just recently got back into GW (from 3 months of not playing due to work..the downside of the navy) anyways, it sounds like the glitches are gone, but what about this ritualist thing? i havnt yet gotten a chance to see how that profession works, been catching up on builds for gvg =[

The ashes spells do not draw aggro. You can no longer hold aggro by holding an item. People actually have to learn how to do it.

That's because Anet fixed that problem, which also nerfed the "item holding" trick.

They didn't nerf it, they fixed it

I think you can still do it by hiding and letthing the monsters kill themselves X.x
